NEW DELHI, APRIL 20 (STC): The admit card for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) will be available for download by May 1, 2025, says an official notification of the National Testing Agency (NTA).
The NEET UG 2025 admit card will be released by May 1, 2025, on the official website — neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates must log in using their application number and password or date of birth to access and download the admit card. The National Testing Agency has stated in its information bulletin that the document can be released on or before May 1, 2025.
Alongside the admit card, the city intimation slip will be released by April 26, 2025. This advance information allows candidates to make necessary travel arrangements ahead of the exam.
To download the NEET UG 2025 admit card, candidates should:
Step 1: Visit the official website — neet.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the “NEET UG 2025 Admit Card” link on the homepage.
Step 3: Log in using the application number and date of birth or password.
Step 4: Enter the security pin displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Download and verify all details mentioned on the admit card.
Step 6: Print multiple copies for future use.
Important details mentioned on the admit card
The NEET UG 2025 admit card will include several important details that candidates must carefully verify upon downloading. The admit card will mention the candidate’s name, application number, and roll number, along with the date of birth and gender. It will also display the candidate’s photograph and signature, as well as the parent’s name and category. In addition to personal information, the admit card will specify the date and time of the examination, the full address of the allotted NEET exam centre, and the medium of the question paper selected by the candidate. Finally, the admit card will outline crucial exam day guidelines that all students are required to follow.
Meanwhile, on the day of the examination, candidates must bring a printed copy of the NEET UG 2025 admit card along with a valid photo identity proof such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, passport, or driving licence. Additionally, students are required to carry passport and postcard-size photographs matching the ones uploaded during the application process. These will also be needed during the counselling stage.
