BJP announces names of candidates for three Rajya Sabha Seats in J&K

SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 12 (STC): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced the names of its candidates for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
Dr. Ali Muhammad Mir, Rakesh Mahajan, and Sat Pal Sharma will contest for the three seats allocated to the Union Territory.
According to the BJP sources, the decision reflects party’s focus on regional balance and organizational strength in Jammu and Kashmir.
Notably, BJP leadership held internal consultations with senior leaders from both Jammu and the Valley.
