Chris Gayle among international cricketers to play in Indian Heaven Premier League beginning October 25

SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 23 (STC): International and domestic cricket stars including several big names from around the world like Chris Gayle, Martin Guptill, Shaun Marsh, Shakib Al Hasan, are going to play in the inaugural edition of the Indian Heaven Premier League (IHPL) – 2025. The league is kicking off on October 25 at Bakshi Stadium, Srinagar.
According to media reports, among the marquee signings are West Indies legend Chris Gayle, New Zealand’s explosive opener Martin Guptill, Australian star Shaun Marsh, Bangladeshi all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan and West Indian spinner Garey Mathurin are among those players who have confirmed their participation in the League.
Reports reveal that former West Indies opener Devon Smith and J&K’s Parvez Rasool, along with Ishan Malhotra, are also set to feature in the tournament, bringing a blend of international flair and local pride to the Valley.
