DGP Nalin Prabhat pays floral tributes to SOG Man Killed in Udhampur Encounter

SRINAGAR, DECEMBER 16 (STC): A contingent of police personnel led by Director General of Police Jammu and Kashmir, Nalin Prabhat, presented a ceremonial salute at the wreaths laying ceremony to pay tributes to the Special Operations Group (SOG) personnel, Amjad Ali Khan, at District Police Lines Udhampur today.
Amjad Ali Khan was killed during an encounter in Udhampur district late Monday night. Police officials said the SOG man sustained fatal injuries during the operation and succumbed despite efforts to save him.
The ceremony was marked by full police honours, with senior officers and fellow personnel gathering to honour the slain policeman. The paid floral tributes and offered condolences to the bereaved family.
