DSEK issues heatwave advisory to schools

SRINAGAR, JUNE 15 (STC): Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has issued an advisory to schools, urging precautionary measures to safeguard students during the ongoing heatwave.
DSEK Director Dr G N Itoo said, “Conduct morning assemblies indoors or in shaded areas.
Avoid outdoor sports or physical activities after 10 AM. Minimize students’ exposure to direct sunlight Student wellbeing is our top priority.” He has appealed to all school heads to ensure these measures are strictly followed. (STC)
