ENCOUNTER UPDATE: Top JeM commander among 3 terrorists killed

JAMMU, FEBRUARY 22 (STC): Three terrorists including a top commander of Jaish-e-Mohammad oufit have been killed in Chatroo area of Kishtwar district.
According to the reports, in a fierce gunfight with joint team of police, 2 Para and army, three terrorists including a top JeM commander were killed.
One of them has been identified as Saifulla, described as a top JeM commander who had previously managed to evade security forces on multiple occasions, said reports.
Notably, the army’s WhiteKnight Corps posted on the X platform stating, “Troops of WhiteKnightCorps, alongwith @JmuKmrPolice and CRPF, in a joint operation, established contact with terrorists in the general area of Passerkut, Kishtwar. Firefight is on. Troops have cordoned off the area. Operation continues.”
