SRINAGAR, FEBRUARY 24 (STC): In the backdrop of an official advisory, former Chief Minister and National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah has urged students from Jammu and Kashmir currently pursuing education in Iran to return home at the earliest.
The students should not delay their return, he said while talking to media. “I want to tell students of J&K who are currently in Iran to come back as soon as possible because later you can’t come home. An advisory has already been issued, so they should return,” Dr. Farooq said.
Meanwhile, he also congratulated the J&K cricket team for entering the final of the Ranji Trophy.
Dr. Farooq alleged that media is spreading misinformation.
