Govt extends winter vacations in Jammu Division till January 14

JAMMU, JANUARY 11 (STC): Even as authorities had ruled out any extension in winter vacations in the summer zones of the Jammu Division, government today extended it till January 14, 2026.
A senior official told that on the directions of Education minister that the vacations have been extended till 14th January.
The decision was taken in view of prevailing weather conditions and other related considerations, a report quoting official said.
