Jammu records second-highest August rainfall (190.4 mm) in nearly a century

JAMMU, AUGUST 24 (STC): Jammu City has witnessed the second-highest ever recorded rainfall in August. It was recorded at 190.4 mm in 24 hours (till 8:30 a.m.), today.
According to the weatherman, the highest remains 228.6 mm, logged on 5 August 1926. The previous second-highest was 189.6 mm on 11 August 2022
