JK CM Omar Abdullah meets PM Modi

NEW DELHI, May 03 (STC): Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah met Prime Minister Narendra Modi today in the wake of the recent deadly Pahalgam terror attack. Reportedly, the meeting lasted for approximately 30 minutes.
Several pressing issues were discussed in the meeting, with a key focus on the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam.
The Chief Minister is believed to have briefed the Prime Minister on the current security situation in the union territory and sought the Centre’s support in enhancing counter-terrorism measures and ensuring the safety of civilians and tourists in Kashmir. (STC)
