J&K Government holding travel mart in mid April to boost tourism

SRINAGAR , MARCH 20 (STC): Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Department is set to organize the Kashmir Travel Mart (KTM) next month aiming to bring together approximately 250 stakeholders from over 20 states across the country., announced Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today.
He said the two-day event will be held on April 14 and 15. “The event will highlight the region’s immense tourism potential through craft safaris, curated destination tours, and B2B engagements, offering stakeholders a rich and immersive experience of Kashmir’s culture, heritage, and warm hospitality,” office of the chief minister Omar Abdullah posted on X.
The travel mart is aimed at strengthening tourism linkages and further positioning Kashmir as a premier global travel destination, reads the X post.
