MLA Hazratbal, Salman Sagar, Conducts Extensive Tour of Chatterhama and Ellahi Bagh, Addresses Public Grievances

SRINAGAR, FEBRUARY 19 (STC): Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) leader and MLA Hazratbal, Salman Ali Sagar, today conducted an extensive tour of various areas in Chatterhama and Ellahi Bagh to assess the ground situation and address the concerns of local residents. During the visit, he interacted with party workers and listened to the grievances of the public, directing concerned departments to expedite the resolution of their issues.
Accompanied by local party unit functionaries and officials from the Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC), Roads and Buildings (R&B), Power Development Department (PDD), Urban Environmental Engineering Department (UEED), and Public Health Engineering (PHE), Sagar took stock of the pressing issues faced by the locals. These included problems related to water supply, electricity, road infrastructure, and sanitation.
He emphasized the importance of timely and efficient governance. “The concerns of the people are our top priority. I have directed the concerned departments to address these issues on a priority basis and ensure that the grievances of the locals are resolved at the earliest,” he said.
The MLA also held a meeting with party workers, urging them to remain proactive in serving the people and strengthening the bond between the party and the public. He reiterated the party’s commitment to upholding the interests of the people and ensuring development and welfare in the region.
The visit was widely appreciated by locals, who expressed hope that their long-pending issues would now be resolved promptly. Sagar assured them of his continued support and promised to follow up on the progress of the directives issued during the tour.
