No girl should denied gift of education: LG Manoj Sinha

SRINAGAR, JANUARY 18 (STC): Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday called upon society to share the responsibility of ensuring educational access for all. “It is our collective duty to ensure no girl is denied the gift of education. Every possible support must be extended for their higher learning,” he said.
The Lieutenant Governor was
presiding over a review meeting for the ongoing Pachokhar Digital Library project—a facility dedicated to Nari Shakti (Women’s Empowerment) in Zamania, Ghazipur. He said such initiatives bolster the national ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ (Save the Girl Child, Educate the Girl Child) mission.
“The Pachokhar Digital Library will actively promote girls’ education and empower rural communities,” LG Sinha said.
