Restoration of statehood to J&K soon: Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal

SRINAGAR, FEBRUARY 17 (STC): Union Minister of State (I/C) for Law and Justice, Arjun Ram Meghwal, made a significant statement on Tuesday when he said
Jammu and Kashmir statehood will be restored soon.
Talking to reporters the minister said the issue of Jammu and Kashmir statehood is sensitive.
He reaffirmed the central government’s commitment saying “Our Home Minister has already assured in the Lok Sabha that the rightful process will be followed, and the people will get what is due to them.”
On the timing of a decision, he added: “I think you will hear some decision on this very soon.”
