SRINAGAR, MARCH 01 (STC): National Conference leader and Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Salman Sagar on Saturday advised the opposition to play a constructive role rather than scoring brownie points.

Talking to media persons said that there is a proper team in Legislative Assembly to ensure that no anti-national bill is presented and there was no need to score brownie points.

Commenting on the ‘shadow cabinet’ by BJP, Salman Sagar said that the BJP shadow cabinet has no relevance, but the opposition in the democracy can do anything and they should play their role as constructive opposition.

“We are chalking out the ways to ensure complete ban on alcohol whether in this session or other. We are in favour of its complete ban as Muslims,” he said. (STC)
