Pre-dawn raids by CIK across seven Kashmir districts

: Pre‑dawn searches at multiple locations in the Kashmir Division have been launched by the Counter‑Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) of the Jammu and Kashmir Police today. The searches have been conducted in a terror‑related case.
Reports quoting said that this morning sleuths of CIK, along with police and CRPF, started conducting raids in seven districts across the valley in connection with an ongoing investigation into terror‑related activities.
The raids were conducted at Pulwama, Budgam, Kulgam, Srinagar, Baramulla, Anantnag, Kupwara.
Investigation have been intiated against activities like terror crime, including online glorification of terrorism and attempts to radicalise and recruit individuals into terror ranks.
The case has been registered under Sections 153-A and 505 IPC and Sections 13 and 18 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). More details Awaited.
