Govt issues roster for Administrative Secretaries to remain at Civil Secretariat Srinagar during January 2026

SRINAGAR, DECEMBER 24 (STC): Jammu and Kashmir Government has issued a roster of Administrative Secretaries to remain available at the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar, during the month of January 2026.
The Government order envisages that senior officers from various departments have been assigned duties in a phased manner to ensure smooth functioning of the Civil Secretariat during the winter period.
As per the roster, Principal Secretary Culture Brij Mohan Sharma, IFS, along with Commissioner/Secretary General Administration Department M. Raju, IAS, Secretary Health & Medical Education Dr. Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, IAS, and Secretary Rural Development & Panchayati Raj Mohammad Aijaz, IAS, will remain available from January 5 to January 9, 2026.
From January 12 to January 16, 2026, Commissioner/Secretary Industries & Commerce Vikramjit Singh, IPS, and Commissioner/Secretary Floriculture, Parks & Gardens Zubair Ahmad, JKAS, will be stationed at the Civil Secretariat.
Commissioner/Secretary Youth Services & Sports Yasha Mudgal, IAS, will be available from January 19 to January 23, 2026, while Secretary Science & Technology Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, IAS, will remain on duty from January 26 to January 30, 2026.
