Director School Education Kashmir conducts virtual review of schools in Tangdar and Gurez

Reviews classroom teaching, interacts with students Virtually, stresses quality education.

In an exemplary display of school governance, Director School Education Kashmir, Naseer Ahmad Wani(JKAS), today conducted a comprehensive virtual inspection of several schools in the educational zones of Tangdar and Gurez. He reaffirmed the department’s commitment to academic excellence and effective classroom practices.
During the virtual inspection conducted from his office chamber here, the Director closely reviewed the ongoing teaching-learning process and interacted directly with students and teachers. He urged teachers to focus on every student and ensure individual attention, emphasizing that inclusive and student-centric teaching is key to achieving better learning outcomes.
At Govt, Middle School Markoot, Gurez, Wani virtually observed live classroom sessions from his office chamber and engaged with students by asking questions to assess their understanding and academic progress. He directed the teaching staff to adopt innovative and result-oriented pedagogical practices and to take concrete steps to address individual learning gaps among students.
Reiterating the importance of quality education, the Director issued several key instructions aimed at strengthening classroom delivery and enhancing overall academic standards across schools. He emphasized that sustained monitoring and accountability are essential for achieving educational goals.
Meanwhile, the Director also met various delegations from Kangan and other areas at his office chamber. He gave a patient hearing to their concerns and assured them that all genuine issues and demands would be addressed promptly and in a time-bound manner.
