Dr. Karan Singh appeals warring nations to suspend wars, pursue peaceful negotiations

SRINAGAR, APRIL 04 (STC): Dr. Karan Singh, Founder Chairman of Temple of Understanding India Foundation, in a statement issued to press today, has appealed to all nations concerned in the world to immediately suspend wars and revert to peaceful interaction and negotiation.
He was chairing a meeting of the Foundation – interfaith organisation, today.
Dr. Singh said, “At present there is a massive loss of life cutting across religious communities, as well as the destruction ofmany historical and religious dites including several UNESCO world heritage locations as well as unimaginable environmental devastation.”
Calling it a massive tragedy for human civilisation, Dr. Singh urged that the war must end as soon as possible.
