MP Ruhullah demands review of polls held under CEC Gyanesh Kumar

SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 20 (STC): Srinagar Member of Parliament (MP) Aga Ruhullah Mehdi demanded a review of all elections held under Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. He alleged concerns over the poll process.
Ruhullah criticised the crackdown on demonstrators protesting against the Chief Election Commissioner and compared it with restrictions imposed in Jammu and Kashmir in 2019.
He also expressed concern over the alleged harassment of Kashmiris in other parts of the country, citing the recent stoning of J&K-bound buses in Haryana. He said the atmosphere had become increasingly hostile towards Kashmiris since 2019.
