DSEJ orders two day closure of all schools in Jammu division

JAMMU, OCTOBER 05 (STC): In view of the heavy rainfall warning issued,
closure of Owing to prediction of the heavy rainfall by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), all government and private schools across the Jammu Division will remain closed for two days, says an order issued by the Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ).
According to an official order issued by Dr. Naseem Javaid Chowdhary (JKAS), Director of School Education Jammu, the decision has been taken as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety and security of students and staff.
“All Government and Private Schools across Jammu Division shall remain closed on October 6 (Monday) and October 7 (Tuesday), 2025,” the order reads.
