Last week, I had the pleasure of attending a winter wedding of my child’s classmate. Wrapped in the mild winter air, I enjoyed the celebration in my attire alongside my better half, savoring traditional cuisine that had been reimagined with a modern twist, yet retained its authentic flavors. At the dais, we had the honor of blessing the couple. My son shared that they had been schoolmates, nurturing a courteous and enduring bond since childhood. Intrigued by the strength of their connection, I asked how they had maintained it over the years. The bridegroom spoke with quiet sincerity of the love he had harbored all along, and the bride, with a calm confidence and unwavering trust, affirmed her faith in him. Witnessing their journey from childhood friendship to lifelong commitment was a gentle reminder of the enduring power of love, trust, and shared history.
Sometimes, someday, I pause and think , life is not easy.
We live through challenges, carry silent burdens, and yet pretend that everything is fine. We rise every morning to play our part in the world, even when the weight inside is heavier than what words can hold. And still, beneath this struggle, life was never meant to be so complicated.
The essence of life began with something very simple ‘ trust’. The trust that we share a common bond as human beings. The trust that someone, somewhere, stands with us, understands us, and believes in us. With the passage of time, things have changed. Our thoughts have evolved, experiences have shaped us, and maturity has given us new perspectives. We call it progress.
Yet, when the dust settles and everything else fades, the foundation remains unchanged — love and trust.
History has been written through the lens of power, discovery and ambition, but the invisible force behind every milestone has always been human emotion. Every war, every invention, every transformation carries the imprint of someone’s love, someone’s loyalty, someone’s betrayal, someone’s trust. It is not timelines that move history — it is the human heart.
We are imperfect, yet we seek perfection in relationships.
We are fragile, yet we choose to be strong for the ones we love.
We fall a hundred times, yet rise again because someone’s presence makes the journey worth continuing.
Society will keep changing. Technology will keep advancing. Lifestyles will keep shifting. But the heartbeat of humanity will never change:
Love that gives us courage. Trust that gives us direction.
Everything begins here.
And in the end, everything returns here.
