JKBOSE gets interim chairman

SRINAGAR, JANUARY 12 (STC):
Secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE), Ghulam Hassan Sheikh, JKAS, has been assigned the additional charge of Chairman JKBOSE. He will discharge the functions of the Chairman in addition to his existing duties as an interim arrangement until further orders, reads a Jammu and Kashmir government notification issued by the General Administration Department today.
The order has been issued under sub-section (1) of Section 12 of the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education Act, 1975.
In a separate government order, the administration also assigned additional charge in the academic training sector. Naseem Javaid Chowdhary, JKAS, Director, School Education, Jammu, has been appointed to hold the additional charge of Director of the Jammu and Kashmir State Council of Educational Research and Training (JKSCERT).
The order stated that the arrangement has been made in the interest of administration and will remain in force until further directions.
