Commercial building, three residential houses gutted in fire in Bohri Kadal

SRINAGAR, FEBRUARY 21 (STC): A five-storey commercial building and three residential houses were gutted in a massive fire in Malarutta Bohri Kadal area of Srinagar on Friday morning.
According to the reports, devastating fire broke out in Malarutta Bohri Kadal at around 4 am on Friday. The fire caused extensive damage to five-storey commercial building and three-storey three residential houses.
Official reports said that the fire engulfed the buildings before firefighting teams managed to bring it under control, official said.
Timely intervention of fire and emergency service department reached the spot to contain the fire in the area, to stop it from spreading further, official said the fire has been contained now. (STC)
