J&K Police personnel rescue elderly pilgrim in distress to safety during Amarnath Yatra

Jammu and Kashmir Police in Anantnag came to the rescue of an elderly female Amarnath Yatra pilgrim who was struggling to continue her journey due to exhaustion and health discomfort.
According to the reports, the police personnel deployed on Yatra duty on noticing her distress, swiftly responded. The officers carried her on their shoulders, helping her to resume her journey safely toward the Holy Cave.
The heartwarming gesture has earned widespread appreciation, with the J&K Police reiterating its commitment to the safety, security, and well-being of all pilgrims.
