Quit India Movement gave decisive direction to the freedom struggle, PM Modi

NEW DELHI, AUGUST 09 (STC): Prime Minister Narendra Modi has remembered all those who participated in the historic Quit India Movement and paid tribute to their courage and determination in India’s freedom struggle, said a statement issued by the Press Information Bureau (PIB).
According to the statement, Modi said that inspired by the leadership of Mahatma Gandhi, the clarion call of the Quit India Movement infused new energy into the freedom struggle and reflected the unwavering resolve of the people of India to break free from colonial rule.
In his post on X platform, Prime Minister Modi said: “Remembering all those who participated in the historic Quit India Movement. Their courage will always remain an inspiration for every Indian. Inspired by the leadership of Mahatma Gandhi Ji, the clarion call of Quit India infused new energy into our freedom struggle and reflected the unwavering determination of our people to break free from colonial rule.”
