BJP announces new team in major organizational reshuffle; PM Modi conveys congratulations

SRINAGAR, AUGUST 17 (STC): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced a major organizational reshuffle and appointed 13 new national vice presidents, including Ram Madhav and Tariq Mansoor. According to a press release issued by the party’s central office, 13 national vice presidents have been appointed under the reorganization.
The new national vice presidents include former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje Scindia, former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat, Ram Madhav, Bijayant J Panda, D. Parwandeeshwari, Rekha Verma, Varshaben Narendrabhai Doshi, Bharati Parveen Pawar, Manpreet Singh Badal, Lal Singh Arya, M. Nagaraja, Tariq Mansoor and Madhu Chandra Kar are included.
BL Santosh has been retained as National General Secretary (Organization), while Shiv Prakash and Sudan Singh have been appointed as National Joint General Secretaries (Organization).
The BJP has appointed Vinod Tawde, Sunil Bansal, Biplab Kumar Deb, Smriti Irani, Satish Punia, Gajendra Patel, Harish Dwivedi and Sanjay Bhatia as National General Secretaries. The party has also made important changes in the financial sector. Piyush Goyal has been appointed as National Treasurer, while Rajesh Mangal has been given the responsibility of National Joint Treasurer. Apart from this, Tarun Chhag has been appointed as the in-charge of the central office, while Mahendra Pandey will serve as the secretary of the central office.
New presidents have also been announced for various fronts of the party as part of the organizational reshuffle. The BJP has further strengthened its public relations and media strategy. It has also made changes in its media and digital communication team to create a more effective and efficient media environment. Anil Baloni has been appointed as media convener, while Ashish Usha Agarwal, Pradeep Bhandari and Siddharth Yadav have been made media conveners.
According to the BJP, all appointments made with the approval of national president Nitin Nabiyal will be effective immediately.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated the newly elected national office bearers and the leaders entrusted with various responsibilities in the party. Modi said that the newly elected team has the best combination of organizational experience, enthusiasm and strong connection with the people at the ground level. He expressed the hope that the newly elected office bearers will use their full potential to further strengthen the party and focus on public service.
