Udhampur bus accident leaves 21 dead, over 30 injured

JAMMU, APRIL 20 (STC): In a tragic road accident today in Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur district, 21 people are reported to have been killed and over 30 others injured. A passenger bus, as per reports, rolled down a hill when the driver was negotiating a blind curve near Kagort village in Ram Nagar area around 10 am.
The official reports confirming the incident said that 20 others injured in the accident were evacuated to hospital and condition of many of them was stated to be “serious”.
The ill-fated bus was on way to Udhampur from a remote village when the accident took place.
